Onyx shower systems include: The shower base, drain, walls, niches, benches, trim, molding, silicone, as well as vanity tops. Onyx is made up of 63% of Alumina Trihydrate, also the main ingredient in Corian or solid surface material. The other 37% is polyester resin, whereas others use an acrylic resin. This heavy and durable material is waterproof itself and can be installed directly to drywall.
