Solid Surface

Solid Surface is a non-porous material made from a blend of natural minerals and acrylic or polyester resin. This product can be used as countertops and shower walls. They offer a seamless and grout-free alternative. When it comes to vanity tops, an option is an integrated bowl rather than an under mount sink. This is a favorite feature because the material is continuous as a whole, is seamless, and easy to clean. As for shower walls, it is individualized panels for each wall, preventing water penetration and damage. Although, keep in mind Sold Surface scratches rather easy, and depending on the color/pattern, may be difficult to buff out. Additionally, it is very sensitive to abrasive chemicals, such as bleach, and will ruin the material if the incorrect cleaner is used.
